With experience in a multitude of crises: threats to reputation, weather events, disaster declarations, line of duty death/injury, power outages, water main breaks and hazmat spills, I offer real world crisis communications planning services for the three phases of the crisis lifecycle: planning for, responding to, and recovery from crises.

All communications must help achieve an organizational goal.  Using a foundational strategic approach, I’ll seek to understand your objectives, work with you to develop key messages, then apply my expertise, backed up by data, to select audiences and channels.

Coaching & Staffing

Instruction and coaching includes: strategic communications planning, roles and responsibilities of the PIO, writing skills, interview skills, crisis/emergency communications, media relations, and working with other organizations and people.

Founded by Kevin Sadaj, he knows what it’s like to get his hands dirty on the front lines as a military and law enforcement veteran.  He combines his real-world experience with 25 years of organizational and crisis communications to deliver thoughtful, empathetic and strategic solutions to authentic problems.

Kevin Randall Sadaj named his firm after his great grandfather, who set out from his native Maine in the 1880s to cowboy the American west and eventually homestead the rolling hills of northeast Montana.  This same spirit guides him.
